2.Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse platform features.
3.Acceptable Use
You agree not to post false, misleading, or discriminatory job listings; upload content you don't have the right to share; harass other users; attempt to scrape or copy platform data; or interfere with the platform's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4.Job Listings & Applications
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings and hiring decisions. We do not guarantee employment for job seekers, nor suitable candidates for employers — the platform facilitates connections but does not act as an employment agency.
5.AI-Powered Features
Practice exams, mock interviews, CV feedback, and candidate matching are generated with the help of AI. These are provided for guidance and preparation only — results and scores are not official certifications, and AI output may occasionally contain errors.
6.Intellectual Property
The platform, its design, and its content (excluding user-submitted content) are our property and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload, but grant us a licence to store, display, and process it to provide our services.
7.Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed employment opportunities, or the conduct of other users, employers, or third parties.
8.Changes & Termination
We may update these terms or modify the platform at any time. We will announce material changes in advance where reasonably possible. You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time.
